At GR KHOKHAR & SONS, we want our customers to receive their products in good condition and as described on our website.

This Return & Refund Policy explains when a product may be returned and when a refund or replacement may be available.

1. Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be considered when:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product was sent.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product materially differs from the product ordered.

  • The product is missing an essential component that was included with the order.

Eligibility will be determined after reviewing the issue and supporting information.

2. Return Timeframe

Customers should contact us within 7 DAYS of receiving the order if they believe the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required under applicable law or covered by a valid warranty.

3. Products That May Not Be Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged through misuse or negligence

  • Products that have been modified or repaired without authorization

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or installation

  • Products with signs of unauthorized alteration

  • Products damaged because of incorrect installation or use

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product, we do not guarantee returns solely because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer wants the product.

Customers should carefully review product specifications, dimensions, features, and suitability before placing an order.

Where we voluntarily approve such a return, the customer may be responsible for return transportation and other applicable costs.

6. Return Authorization

Do not send a product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed or may not be accepted.

Because many of our products are large or heavy, we may arrange or specify the appropriate return method rather than requiring customers to send the product through a standard courier.

7. Damaged Products

If a product appears damaged when delivered, customers should notify us as soon as possible.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Photos or videos may be required to determine whether the damage occurred during transportation.

8. Refunds

If a return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, or after the relevant issue has otherwise been verified.

The refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method and payment provider.

9. Replacement

Where appropriate, we may offer:

10. Return Shipping Costs

Where the return is approved because the product was defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied, GR KHOKHAR & SONS will determine the appropriate return transportation arrangement.

For customer-requested returns that are voluntarily accepted, the customer may be responsible for return transportation and related costs.

11. Refund Timing

Once a refund has been approved, the actual time for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution used for the original transaction.
